Here’s a holiday tip from jasyn.com, never lick an icy pole unless you want your tongue to get stuck!
Well this is the second to last entry before the New Year and also the last entry before Christmas… Man I’m excited this year about the holiday season and just amped and everything that is going on with my life in general… And also I had a rather busy weekend just pass me by, and also just getting prepaired for Christmas and planning out everything is getting a little hectic but it’s also managable… So with out further hesitation, here we go!
Well I had Blair stay with me on Thursday,she had a day off on Friday so we decided to go up and meet my folks and have a little get together… It ended up being a great idea, my cousin Erik stopped by with his girlfriend and her daughter and Blair finally got to meet all my Blair’s… It’s quite funny I think… Blair [my gf] ran into my father already a couple times, but this was the first time she met my Mother, Brother, and cousin… Everyone seemed to really like Blair and her outgoing bubbly personality… Even my mother was impressed with her as well… But again, we are still early in a relationship but so far everything is on the up and up! I’m still excited about the possiblities that Blair is able to offer, but also on the same token I’m still cautiously optimistic about everything as well, only becuase everything IS going to smoothly… I know it sounds rediculous but it is what it is…
So on Saturday, Blair was picked up by her sister and went out for pictures. I, myself, was going to just relax all day and just kick back and play City of Heroes, but then Blair called me up saying her father was in town for the day and wanted to meet me… So I had to get ready in about an hour or so and met up with Blair and her father up at Starbucks near Dobson and the US-60… Everything seemed to go very well with her father… He genuinly seemed intrested about what I do, about what my goals are, and also what I have planned for the future… We talked for about an hour and a half or so at starbucks and I believe I left him with a good impression about myself… I am not intending to boots my self worth or anything, but I’ve usually been good with parents… But also when I met up with them Blair also got me a gift certificate for a back massage for my Christmas gift… It was very thoughtful and also very unplanned, becuase I told her not to worry about getting me something, but she ended up doing it anyways 
So Sunday afternoon, I took that certificate and went and got my massage done with Massage-Envy near Dobson and US-60 [right across the street from Starbucks luckily]… Well I wanted to do a walk-in appointment, becuase I didn’t figure I’d have to schedule one, but the only therapist they had was a male one, so figuring function over form, I took the male therapist becuase my back has been all out of wack… Althought the therapist was very professional and did a good job, it was still a bit akward, but that’s okay, least now My back is much better than it was and I’m good to go!
After my Massage I came home to relax and enjoy the fleating minuets left in my weekend, but then my friend Tiffany called up upset… She ended up getting dumped by her boyfriend and Jasyn was ready there with a shoulder to cry on, okay maybe an ear over the phone and a friendly voice to talk with… I consold her as best as I could but when a relationship lasts as long as hers did, it’s very tough to see a silver lining… I wish her the best and I know she’ll end up being stronger for it in the end…
Well my friends, time to burn this yule-log on both ends and get back to the old grind… Christmas is finally in sight and still a few more things left to do before everything is finalized… I’ll be posting pictures like I do every year, and I’ll post again once Christmas is past!
