Gettting Down to the Nitty Gritty!
Good Morning Everyone! And welcome to Jasyn.com, All Jasyn, All the time…. and of course friend and family are always welcome! And if this is your first time here, Welcome as well!
Well we have a busy entry this week and forgive me with out a proper introduction that I normally do for my entries… Also I wanted to make sure that I posted this week cuz I’ve been getting some ‘feedback’ about my entries not being on time! But without further Delay!!!!
This past week has been extremely busy for both Susan and myself… Friday is the big day!!! The Day we sign in and get our house… and moving day is setup to be on Susan where we’ll get a truck and get everything moved in! Luckily Susan has all next week off for spring break so that she can get setup and settled down in the new place… I’m excited, and on Friday and Saturday I’ll be bringing over a few things as well, but nothing much that will take up too much time… But more information and pictures of the new place will be up after the move is completed!
This past weekend was Really busy too… Saturday after work, my new poker chip labels came in for my poker set… So I grabbed my chips, packed a bag and headed up to Susan’s condo in Glendale as I normally do… However after talking with my folks, my mom and dad were going out for my mom’s birthday [Which is normally done more towards the 14th or March, however my mother is leaving for Michigan before her birthday]… Well we had dinner at Bill Johnson’s up in North Phoenix and met up about 7:30ish… after finding one of them closed down and headed to another one that was a bit a ways but not too far out there… and also I haven’t had their BBQ Ribs in forever, and all-u-can-eat is just up my alley! [NO I DIDN'T PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!! (you know who you are!)] But it was a nice relaxing evening after a long day…
Sunday went entirely too fast… We went to bed late, but didn’t get up very late either… But before we knew it, it was already the afternoon, and I had another birthday party to attend… My friend Spring’s Son (J.T.) just turned 13 this past week, and Spring invited me to the party… unfortunately we couldn’t stay long and had to go to run a few more errands but it was fun and nice to see J.T. and Spring again!
Pretty much that wraps up my weekend, this week is going to be busy again as well… and hopefully by the end of the week we’ll have everything ready to go and start moving everything to the new house! But It’s still a few days away and now the countdown begins! Well that’s all I have kiddos! Til next week!

We Wii Oui!!!
My goodness, what is up with me… I just can’t seem to get a rhythm with these entries this year… That’s okay!!! Jasyn.com Does not disappoint, and comes back for more!!!
Well now with the start of March come and gone I’ve been coordinating with Susan to start getting the first phases of our move in order… Susan and I have the final papers to sign for the lease on Friday the 12th, then the moving commences on the 13th! Hopefully it’ll only take a trip with a moving truck to get everything loaded into the house and Susan will spend the rest of the week [spring break] sorting it all out and getting our new house and turning it into a home for the next year
Well since for a while we’re going to be very busy and getting organized, I decided to get Susan’s birthday gift a little early this year… I had this planned anyway for getting her gift, but since it would be crazy for a while I decided to get it now… Susan, for as long as I’ve known her, always wanted a Nintendo Wii… Well after several attempts of going to stores like Games Stop, Best Buy, Fry’s Electronics and even [GAG!] Walmart… [OH am I glad Walmart didn't have it... Susan thought we should try Target... Admittedly I did scoff a bit at the idea... I mean if all those other stores that have more of a emphasis on their electronics department, why would Target have one.... and thus Susan was right... Target of all places did have a Wii... infact, they had 3 of them... O_o ... well better Target than Walmart anyday!
So now with that expense out of the way, and with a bigger place to move into on the way... Susan and I have an extra room that we decided to turn into a exercise/entertainment room.... Thus Susan and I made a deal... If she gets' a treadmill or elliptical machine, I get a poker table! Well... I couldn't wait, so I was looking online for tables and not really finding anything decent for anything less than $180-$200 or so... Then it hit me! and I tried Craigslist... I found a really great table for $100 and it seats 8 people and it's in great shape too!!! It's virtually brand new!! So Sorry Suze... I got mine first so we'll need to get yours next
Really for the past two weeks there hasn't been much as in eventful happenings... but just a ton of busy busy work in getting ready for the move and last week we just vegged out... so now with the move lest than 2 weeks away we're just getting setup... I myself wont be able to move til May, but I'm going to get started later this month with the packing of things I don't need up... But then again I'm really excited to get this done!!!... Well it's time to head on out and get back to work... ugh... I need a vacation!

Way Too Much Information To Put Into a Single Title!
WTH is going on? Why is Jasyn.com not being updated??? Well here’s the cure for your ailments, a New Jasyn.com Entry hot off the presses and straight to your computer!
Well I guess 2010 is finally in full swing for me, and it is really been a year already, and yet it’s only a fraction into the year… and what’s that fraction? [Well it's 1/6th]
okay okay… don’t need to bombard anyone with math so early in the morning! Well this past two weeks has seen it’s share of Up’s and Downs and I’m going to let you all in on the experience!
Okay as most of you probably already know, Susan and I have decided that we wanted to start living together… However in recent weeks we decided instead of renting an apartment, for the same price or cheaper we could be renting a house! So for the past month I’ve been getting on Craigslist and Realtor sites but we really weren’t getting anywhere… Currently Susan’s landlord is not paying the mortgage and the property is being foreclosed on and still expecting the payments but not applying them to the mortgage… So Susan and Karen [her roomie] decided to move our as soon as possible! Well after having nominal luck with the websites, Susan got a hold of Karen’s realtor and we started looking at houses starting last week…
After Searching about 9 different places, we finally liked one that was clean, ready to move in, and a reasonable rent in the area we’ve been looking for! Well yesterday we put down the payment to run both our credit checks and now we’re just waiting on the results… so hopefully more news on this to come very shortly!
Well I’m finally coming up on 4 years at GoDaddy and I have been rather stagnant and havn’t moved much other than switching from the floor to inbound hosting support [which is more like a lateral move than a promotion] but for the first time in a while I finally decided to apply for the web design department for GoDaddy and design websites for customers… I applied back in January and finally heard back from them last week! First I had to take a web build exam to test my skills and see how competent I am in building sites with the site builder that we supply… Well needless to say that I passed with flying colors and was called back in an hour to interview for the position.. Yesterday was my interview and I will find out more information and relay that to you shortly, well the interview I feel went well but we’ll find out that soon enough if I did get the promotion or not!… man there are a lot of ‘to be continued’ segments in my entry this week, but I guess it can’t be helped yet…
So this past week was Valentines day, and also Arizona’s birthday [Happy 88th Bday!], and as usual Jasyn.com had something up his sleeve for the special day… Susan has never had someone like me, who takes pride in romancing and doing something out of the ordinary and special and something I knew she would enjoy… Well the Friday before, I had flowers delivered to her classroom while she was in school…. She absolutely loved them and immediately texted me to thank me for them! Well the surprise was that I was taking her up to Flagstaff so that we could do some stargazing and then stay overnight and leave the next day… The plan had a couple hiccups [such as needing a car rental and running all over Sky Harbor to get one], but we got up there late Saturday night after I got off work, got to see tons of stars on a clear moonless night… But then again we almost froze our bits off… But after some time in rural Arizona, we went back to the room and warmed ourselves up and passed out for the night!
The following morning we woke and got a good breakfast then we headed up to Lowell Observatory to tour the exhibits and see the telescopes [I posted pictures in the Photo section]… We had a great time and spent almost 3 hours up there… however it was short lived and we had to return the car and head home… But it was still an awesome 1 day trip up there
Well again we’re back to the old grind and back to working.. hopefully my promotion will come through and I wont have to worry about phone support much longer… I’d like to finally put my degree to work and I need a new challenge… But only time will tell… And just like the last couple weeks, I plan on being busy to the maximum for the next week at least, and if we get the house, then I’ll be busy packing up once again… [well I guess I'll be doing that either way!] Well it is that time where I must say adieu…

Moving Right Along!
Happy February Everyone, and welcome to Jasyn.com!!! Sorry about the short break in entries, as usual I’ve been keeping busy, but you know I’ll keep you all up to date soon enough
Well over the past couple weeks I’ve been busy, but not in the sense of a laundry list of items that needed to be done, but mainly working, and getting things in order and organized in my life… Let me explain… Susan and I have been talking, and being that my lease is coming up in the end of may, we decided instead of me renewing my lease that we just rent a place of our own… Well after discussing with Susan the possibilities, we’ve come to the conclusion to Rent a house back up in North Phoenix… So more than likely I’ll be moving back to the same area I moved away from about a year and a half ago… LOL talk about irony
Well the plan is to start looking for a place now, Susan would move in first before my lease expires, then I would move in a month or two after that…
Everything between Susan and I has been nothing short of absolutely exceptional… We are in complete sync when it comes to our lives and our goals and dreams… Susan also gets along with my family so well, it’s almost like they’ve adopted her in to the family [not to say she doesn't already have a family, but it has been difficult for my parents to fully accept the women I've dated in the past]…
Well enough with the mushy stuff
lol… More on the Jasyn in the workforce! A new position opened up where I can become a web designer… It’s something I’ve had my eye on for a while, however still no word yet on an interview… I did build a resume online to help boost my chances of getting the job, but the way it looks is that all I need to get my foot in the door with an interview and with my credentials and skills should be able to do that rest… or so I hope….
Well… stay tuned for more information…. Including a new competition between a couple friends! 0_o

It’s raining, it’s pouring… the Jasyn.com is Snoring!!! He went to bed and hit the Snooze and forgot to get up this morning!….
Hello again my friends to another one of my weekly entries for Jasyn.com! And after another week of FUN happenings, instead of hiring a therapist, I pass along information to YOU, My loyal Jasyn.com readers!
Again another week in the books, and last week just seemed to drag on after my 4 day work week… You’d figure that being I had a long weekend last week that I’d be well rested and ready to take on the challenges of a new week at work… Well…. it didn’t quite work out that way… For some reason last week I couldn’t get a decent nights sleep all week… It got really bad that I thought maybe my diabetes was to blame for my lack of sleep, my lack of patience, and also some stomach problems that I’ll leave the details out of this entry… Well I left early on Friday [which is really my Thursday] and did a few tests from home…. Well come to find out… my diabetes is well under control… So again I was baffled… but after getting a full night sleep I was back to my good ol’ self on Saturday!
Well after work on Saturday, I tried to catch some of the Cardinals game… However, after a very short time, it became quote apparent that it was not going to be a game…. and their season was inevitably doomed! *sighs* well you can’t win them all… But then I packed a bag and headed over to Susan’s place once again to spend the weekend with her! Saturday night Susan’s roommate and husband treated us to dinner over at NYPD Pizza in Scottsdale, which we enjoyed a really nice pizza complimented with fried Calamari as an appetizer… then we ended up at Zia [one of my favorite stores] to pick up some entertainment value for our dollars
and headed back to her place to get some Zzz’s and get our rest for the upcoming days ahead!
Lately Susan and I have been thinking of moving in together… Even though we’ve only been dating for a couple months, we have been very serious about our future together and have talked about the long term! This also including moving in together at the end of my lease which I believe comes up at the end of May… so Sunday we tried to meet up with a friend of her’s from work to look at a house for rent… However, when I tried to start my truck, it wouldn’t kick over… [GREAT!] So… luckily I carry jumper cables in my truck, and after a short wait, I was able to get a jump and headed over to Auto Zone… and after fiddling around with the battery and taking it in, I was surprised to find it under warranty and was able to get a replacement at no charge!! So after getting greased up [that sounded dirty!
] I got the battery installed and we headed to the rental property and took a tour… it ended up being a bit beyond our pricing range we’re looking for but it was a nice place…
The rest of the weekend was pretty relaxing, which Susan and I were able to finish an anime series with Midori Days… Had a night out at the movies with my folks and dinner at the Olive Garden… and even being able to sleep in on Sunday… Kris also was able to get my birthday gift to me this week, which he got me the newest book from the Ender Series from Orson Scott Card, and another anime Series…. So overall it was a very good weekend once again!
Well I’m back to the ol’ Grind again this week… and this will be the first full work week that I’ve had in almost a month… I’m hoping to just make it to the weekend as quickly as possible, but most likely the week will drag on as usual… I’m optimistic that things will change but only time will tell
But thank you again for reading my little entry this week… Take care and stay safe out there!
